[MlMt] updating the from/attachments/signature bar

Hi - I’ve noticed that the bar showing signature/markdown
preference/from/attachments above the composer and viewer window is a
holdover from older versions of macOS and doesn’t quite work on a high
resolution screen.

Is there a way to update it, maybe by making it look more like the bar
below the folders lists?

Try updating to the latest test release: Hold down ⌥ when clicking
“Check Now” in the Software Update preferences pane.
