[MlMt] "All / Junk / Deleted" mailbox

Hi, running r5570, I'm seeing the subject mailbox under the All Messages
folder, which I never noticed before. What is that for?

Hi Eric,

I *believe* "All / Junk / Deleted" is "All messages" with the Junk and
Deleted messages included.

That is correct. It's to make it easier to change the toolbar search
field to include junk and trash although I'm not quite sure it's a good
solution. I *might* remove it again.
